Chase had a blast celebrating his 3rd birthday at Fun Run with family and friends. Grandma and Grandpa Gaddis, Grandma and Grandpa Buck and Uncle Matt drove to Kansas City to join in the fun!! We are so thankful to everyone for making Chase's birthday so special for him.

For Chase's birthday dinner we took him to the T-Rex Cafe. We thought it would be perfect for him since he LOVES dinosaurs...but all he kept saying was, "I want to get out of this place". He felt safe if he held the butterknife (in a 3 year old's mind, I guess he and a butterknife could take on a triceratops). He finally started settling in when they sang him Happy Birthday and gave him a cookie and icecream.
Aunt Laura came to visit us in Kansas City!! We were all so happy to have her here and are looking forward to her coming back!
As pretty and fun as the snow is, it can stop any time. We've been hit with 2 pretty big storms (the last giving us at least 8 inches). Unfortunately, both storms hit at rush hour, and Jenn was caught right in the middle (2.5 hours in the car the first time, and 3.5 hours the second). This is the first year that Chase has really enjoyed the snow.
